All materials should be labeled with the bride’s maiden name and groom’s last
name. For example, Anna Wood’s wedding to John Smith should be listed as
Wood-Smith.

2. Write-up
It is the responsibility of the
bride to write her own wedding announcement. We accept Microsoft Word documents
either on CD or e-mailed to weddings@pmtpublishing.com.
If sent via e-mail, include the bride’s and groom’s last names in the subject
line. Please limit word count to 400
words for one page and 850 for two pages. If your write-up is too long, it will
be edited at the magazine’s discretion.

*Note: it is also the
responsibility of the bride to check spellings of all names included.
3. Photography
Include 2 images for a full-page announcement and up to 4 images for a two-page
spread announcement.
The photo of the couple will run largest, unless otherwise specified. Color will
be matched as closely as possibly, but exact match cannot be guaranteed.
Photography specifics
Digital images are preferred, but print submissions are accepted. Digital images
should be CMYK color, 300 dpi and at least 8X10 inches. (Please let your
photographer know these specifications.) They may be mailed on CD or e-mailed
to weddings@pmtpublishing.com.
Photo CDs are preferred but will not be returned. If prints are sent, they
should also be color 300 dpi images and at least 8X10 inches. (Inkjet prints
will not be accepted.) Be sure to clearly label the bride’s and groom’s last
names with a sticky note on all prints. Note: Do not write directly on the
prints. Do not use fountain pens for labeling purposes. This may deface other
prints mailed together.
*It is the responsibility of the bride to obtain permission from her
photographer for publication of all photos in the magazine. PMT Publishing
assumes no liability for printing photos without the permission of the
photographer. Any extra photography usage fees are also the responsibility of
the bride.
Cover submissions (optional)
If
you have an
especially beautiful photo, you may submit it for consideration for the
issue’s
cover. If you choose to do so, please indicate so on the information
form, and
include the photo number. All photos must be 300 dpi, 8X10 vertical
color
images, to be considered. If you choose to submit a print, please label
the
back “cover submission.” We will gladly return your prints
if you provide a self-addressed stamped envelope. The final decision of
the cover
